Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 'no hassles' policy for returns.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund. You bear the shipping cost for the return. The product should be returned within 15 days of delivery in its original 'as received' condition.
For bulk orders, you have the opportunity to review and approve the Sales Order/ Invoice which includes product cost and shipping cost. Once the Sales Order/ Invoice is approved, the sale is final and the product can't be returned.
